Carrying Light Through the Fires of Transformation

Some days, my face burns as if fire dances just beneath the skin.
- It stings.
- It swells.
- It bleeds.

Not from shame.
Not from illness.
But from something deeply alive, moving from within – a code, a remembrance, a frequency that wants to come into the world through my body.
And it chooses the face – so I can’t hide it. So the world must see.

I’ve stopped fighting it.
I wear red.
I let it show.

It’s easy to believe the path of a light bearer is one of quiet grace and luminous stillness.
Sometimes it is.
But often, it’s something else entirely.
It’s raw.
It’s exposed.
It’s a fire of transformation – not as punishment, but as purification.
Not as judgment, but as deepening.

I don’t share this to say look at me.
I share it to say I see you.

Because we all have our inner fires.
They show up in many ways.
- A body that never quite recovers – no matter how much rest.
- A tightness in the chest that makes deep breaths hard.
- Dizziness out of nowhere.
- Skin that burns, itches, flares – without a cause.
- Sleep that brings no relief.
- Restlessness in the legs. A knot in the gut. A heart pounding too loud.
- A buzzing in the head that clouds every thought.
- A feeling of barely holding it together while something inside wants to fall apart.
And still – no clear reason.
- Just a knowing that something is shifting. Something can’t be hidden anymore.

My journey has taken me through the gateways of the northern lights, through silent codes from Andromeda, through energy waves that can’t be measured – but are felt in every cell.
I’ve tried to dim myself, to blend in. Not to stir too much. Not to burn too brightly.
But no more.

Being a code-bearer is not about teaching.
It’s about remembering.
It’s not about convincing.
It’s about igniting.

It’s holding my flame so fully that it might awaken something in others – but only if they choose.

And if you find yourself in your own fire right now – no matter what name it goes by in your life – know this:

You are not alone.
You are not weak.
You are in transformation.

And the most radiant bloom always comes after the fire.
